Steps to Enroll in Online Banking
1. Visit our homepage.
2. Select "Enroll Now" in the Member Log-in box, located in the middle of the page.
3. Enter Member Number (Account Number).
4. Enter the Primary Accountholder's Social Security Number.
5. Enter Primary Accountholder's e-mail Address.
6. Enter Primary Accountholder's Date of Birth.
7. Check the Agreement Box.
8. Click on "Sign up".
9. Your temporary password will be e-mailed to the Primary Member's e-mail address.
10. Use the temporary password as your current password for your initial log-in.
11. Once you have successfully logged in, follow the prompts to change/update your password.

Remote Deposit
Remote deposit allows you to conveniently make deposits using your mobile device.
Qualifications
Your accounts must be active for at least 90 days
Loans and credit cards must be current
No outstanding Courtesy Pay
No outstanding return items
Correct address on file
Endorsement Requirements:
Your endorsement must include your signature, account number and “For Mobile Deposit Only CommonCents CU.” Any check without this verbiage will be subject to refusal.
A check payable to two payees must be endorsed by both payees.
Receipt of Deposit:
When we receive an image, we will confirm receipt via email. We will not be deemed to have received the image for deposit until we have confirmed receipt to the member.
Confirmation does not mean that the image contains no errors. We are not responsible for any image that is rejected, or the fees incurred from a rejected image.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any image for remote deposit into a member’s account. We will notify the member of any such rejected images.
Deposit Availability:
Remote Deposit Times are: Monday – Friday; 9:00 am, 11:00 am and 4:00 pm (CST)
Mobile Deposits confirmed as received before 2:00 p.m. on a business day will be credited to the member’s account the same day.
Deposits confirmed received after 2:00 p.m. will be credited to the member’s account on the following business day.
Deposits confirmed received on holidays or days that are not our business days will be credited on the following business day.
Remote deposit check limit is $2,500.00.
Deposits that require a hold on the image will receive a notification email with the details of the hold.
All checks will be treated with the same respect like a typical over-the-counter deposit as far as holds are concerned.
Mobile Deposit may be unavailable temporarily due to system maintenance or technical difficulties, including those of the Internet service provider, cellular service provider
and Internet software. CommonCents Credit Union is not responsible for any fees incurred during this time period.

As a member of our credit union, you can enjoy surcharge-free access to any ATM in the CO-OP network. Ask a Member Service Rep for a list of ATMs in our network. Remember, all Ultimate Checking accounts get ATM fees refunded nationwide.
If our members have a qualifying Ultimate account, nationwide ATM fees will be refunded to them at the end of every month.

Get your free yearly credit report! Residents of Texas can request a free copy of their credit report from the three credit bureaus. This is a good way to verify information on your credit report to make sure it is accurate. Requests can be made online or by calling 877.322.8228.
